This week is Spring Break in Oregon.
Last year we were in Arizona and were able to wear our shorts and swimsuits (and we were able to fly there because we used our credit card reward points and stayed with family. Love those kind of vacations…)
But in Oregon, we are lucky to see the sun break through the clouds. We do love going to the coast, though, and we took a day trip there today. We counted it a good day because we didn’t get rained on and the wind didn’t knock us down or spit sand in our eyes.
And the sun did break through a couple of times…
My daughter. I think I’m more awed by her than the mighty ocean.
Just a year ago, her hair was stick straight. We’re still trying to figure out how to deal with it…
My husband and his best friend. That dog worships the ground my hubs walks on. The rest of us are just chopped liver.
It was good day. We are blessed.
