
Well, after a week full of zucchini recipes, I'm going to give my family a little break. We're still in summer grilling mode- have to get it while the getting is good- and we've got company for the weekend, so I'm keeping it simple and using lots of garden produce (the corn is ready!).
Monday- Soft tacos; chips and fresh garden salsa
Tuesday- Grilled sausages; *New Wave pasta salad; corn-on-the-cob; sliced cucumbers
Wednesday- Bean salad (don't have a recipe yet, maybe I'll make a new one!); tomatoes and feta; grilled bread
Thursday- Chicken and vegetable kabobs; rice; chopped salad
Friday- Grilled hot dogs, potato planks and corn; tomato and cucumber plate; cookies and ice cream
Saturday- Make-your-own mini pizzas
Sunday- Spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce
