While we didn’t get the white Christmas many of you in the East got, we did get a few hours of the white stuff a couple days ago. Of course, it’s mostly gone now- just patches here and there that are not melting in our clear, cold days (27 degrees this morning).
But we’ll take it as our “White New Year’s.”
2011- wow. Wonder what it will hold.
I know for sure it will hold some goals for the new year, so look next week for an accounting of last year’s goals and what new things are on the horizon (at least in my mind, anyway…).
One thing for sure- I’m looking forward to another year here on this blog with all of you- thanks, my friends, for your part in making 2010 a great year for An Oregon Cottage!
Love,
Jami

I believe a cottage can be anywhere or anything (condo, ranch, farmhouse) as long as you have a "cottage mentality" which puts people above things, celebrates imperfections, embraces simplicity, and finds joy in everyday life. Thanks for joining me!

Happy New Year Jami!! Stay warm!
Happy New Year, Jami. I hope that 2011 brings you a full measure of good things. Blessings…Mary
Now that is the right amount of snow. Enough to coat everything white and then leave. LOL! Happy New Year.
