I just want to take a quick moment to let you all know about a new feature here at An Oregon Cottage. Every Tuesday beginning May 4th I will be hosting a garden party where you can link a post from a blog or leave a comment about your experiences in your gardens.
I’m really excited about this because I personally love learning about how other people garden. I find it inspiring, educational, and even uplifting. And if you’re just beginning to garden, what a great resource!
I’ve been craving a place I could go to each week where I could see what others are harvesting, what varieties they found that worked, any new tips and techniques, what beauty is blooming and even what they are cooking with their harvest!
Wouldn’t it be great to be able to go to one place and find all this? I think so too! So join me this Tuesday, and each Tuesday thereafter, and link up a post or leave a comment about all things garden-related. Basically, anything that inspires, informs, or motivates us to garden.
Don’t have anything current? Feel free to link up an old post, but make sure it is seasonal (like asparagus, spinach, or what’s blooming now) or something that happens in the spring. So, um, canning tomatoes probably wouldn’t be the post to link now.
And anyone can comment, comment, comment on what their experiences are now in their gardens.
I look forward to hearing about your gardens at the Tuesday Garden Party on May 4th!
