Just wanted to let you know, I did dry a couple batches of yellow plums, and they turned
out pretty nice. I just made apple slices with cinnamon yesterday, and going to take out
of the dehydrator now.

I so enjoy your projects and ideas, and wish we lived closer together!!! xo

  Thanks, Vicky, for the update. I’ve never had yellow plums, but one year I did dry some pink-ish plums and they were just OK. But of course we ate them. It would be fun to meet you, too!
